SpotWalla.com ("SpotWalla") is the website of SpotWalla Systems, Inc ("the Company"). Please read and familiarize yourself with this User Agreement. SpotWalla is a secure personal location management system. This service is offered to the general public free of charge with the understanding that users of SpotWalla agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your use of SpotWalla constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions in this document.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that you will hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from all claims arising out of or related to your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, SpotWalla or other websites to which it is linked.

In no event will the Company be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance on such information or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy Policy Statement

SpotWalla employs Google Analytics to collect information about each visitor's domain name; information on the pages accessed and visited; the amount of time spent on SpotWalla; as well as other analytical information.

At no time and under no circumstances is a user's personal information willingly shared with third-party companies or individuals.

SpotWalla uses cookies for session tracking, to maintain the last home page search and to maintain the last Trip folder viewed. These cookies are harmless to the user and merely serve to enhance the user's over all experience while using SpotWalla.

The Company does not partner with nor have special relationships with any ad server companies.

If the Company's practices change at some time in the future, we will notify you the next time you log into SpotWalla. You will have an opportunity to view the new User Agreement and accept or decline its terms and conditions.
